Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

This applies to purchases made on this website only.  
We want you to love your Rare Rabbit products as much as we do.  You are welcome to return or exchange any full-priced items that are not quite right within 30 days of invoice, provided:
  • you contact us within the 30 days click here to request a return or exchange or phone us on 07 38990111
  • you were the customer who purchased on our store (ie, the product was not gifted to you)
  • you are able to provide your order number
  • the items are returned to us in new (unused/unworn/unwashed) condition with all original swing tags and packaging attached.
We will send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (banks can delay refunds). We will only refund your original freight charges if we've sent the wrong product or if the item is deemed by us to be faulty.  In this instance, we will provide you with our reply paid address if we request for the item to be sent back to us.
Please use a trackable service and keep a record of the tracking number as Rare Rabbit is not responsible for lost or missing packages. 
Please note: Return shipping costs are your own expense for change of mind and unsuitable purchases.

Sale items

All sales are final on items purchased on sale or at a discounted price. Of course, if the item is faulty or not fit for the purpose as stated, we will do our best to rectify the situation with a replacement, refund or exchange. 

Rare Rabbit Purchased in Store

Please contact the store directly where you purchased your Rare Rabbit items for their returns policy.  Rare Rabbit are unable to provide returns or exchanges for items purchased elsewhere.
