Shipping & Delivery Information

Please double-check your delivery address to ensure it is correct and secure. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (allow up to 5 business days during sale periods) and shipped via Sendle, Australia Post, or Team Global Express (Toll). Delivery times vary depending on your location and are outside of our direct control once dispatched.

If you are not likely to be home to receive your parcel, we recommend selecting the “Signature on Delivery” option at checkout or having your parcel delivered to a location where someone can sign for it. Rare Rabbit cannot be held responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered but subsequently go missing. You can also sign up for a free MyPost account with Australia Post to have your order shipped to a parcel locker or Post outlet of your choice.

Canada Shipments: Import duties and taxes may be charged by Canadian Customs upon delivery. These are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Oceania* – International Shipping (tracking where available) – $18 AUD (flat rate)

Oceania includes: Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Timor Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna.

Customs & Tariffs

USA Shipments: We use Zonos in partnership with Australia Post to calculate U.S. import duties and tariffs (as of October 2025). Shipping rates above already include estimated U.S. tariff costs based on current regulations. U.S. Customs may still assess additional clearance fees depending on final import category or future policy updates.

Other Countries: Any local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed (where possible) at checkout.
