Orders are usually processed within 2 business days (allow 5 business days during Sale time) and sent via Sendle, Australia Post or Team Global Express (Toll). Actual delivery times are outside of our control as it relies on the performance of third-party shipping providers.

If there is a chance that you will not be home to receive your parcel, we highly recommend that you have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it or choose the "Signature on delivery" add-on option at checkout. Rare Rabbit are not liable for delivered parcels subsequently stolen or missing. "Signature on Delivery" allows us to investigate your missing parcel with Australia Post further. Alternatively, sign up for a free my-Post account with Australia Post and have your order shipped directly to an Australia Post parcel locker or an Australia Post outlet of your choice.
