Is Rare Rabbit an Australian business?
Yes. Rare Rabbit is an Australian small business based in Queensland. All designs, curation, and operations are run locally.
Are you affiliated with the Indian clothing brand “Rare Rabbit”?
No. We are not affiliated with Rare Rabbit House or any overseas clothing brands. Rare Rabbit Jewellery is an independent Australian brand. You can read more about this on our We Are the Original Rare Rabbit page.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted using a mix of natural materials, pearls, shells, sustainable wood elements, and precious metal finishes. Material details can be found on each product page. The production of all items is carefully overseen by our founder, who works closely with our trusted makers to ensure responsible sourcing, ethical practices, and consistent quality across our production partners in China and the Philippines.
Will my jewellery look exactly like the photos?
Many of our pieces include natural elements such as baroque pearls and shells. These are beautifully unique, which means no two pieces are exactly the same. This is part of what makes each item special.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and dispatched from Queensland, Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping: We aim to dispatch within 1–5 business days.
Express Shipping: We aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Shipping times may vary during busy periods, promotions, or public holidays.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details, as policies vary depending on the item and purchase type. Change-of-mind returns are subject to this policy, and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance.
I purchased my item from a boutique and there is an issue. What should I do?
Please contact the store where you purchased your item to discuss the issue and their returns policy. As boutique purchases are managed by our retail partners, Rare Rabbit is unable to process returns or exchanges for items purchased elsewhere.
Are sale or promotional purchases final sale?
Yes. All items purchased from the Sale page, as well as all purchases made during a sale or promotional offer, are final sale. Please choose carefully.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No. Discount codes cannot be stacked or used together.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
No. Discount codes are not valid on sale items.
Can I use the first order discount code and receive free earrings?
No. These offers cannot be used together. On your first order, you can choose either the first order discount code or free earrings. Free earrings apply from your second order onwards, or on any order where the first order discount code is not used. Newsletter sign-up is optional.
Where do I see my free earrings?
There will be a pop-up option in your cart where you can select your preferred earring colourway. For every $100 spent, you are eligible for another pair. If you have any issues, please contact us or leave a note in your order notes.
Can I use a gift card with a promotion?
Yes. Gift cards can be used at checkout, including during promotional periods, unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping availability may vary during busy periods or sales. If gifting is important, please check the product page or contact us before ordering.
