The discount applies during the sale period only. All sales are for personal use. No rainchecks; discounts are not valid on previous purchases or completed sales. Offers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Discounts can be redeemed multiple times throughout the promotional period.
Please choose carefully, as there are no cancellations or returns allowed on sale items due to a change of mind. If the item you receive is faulty or significantly different from the pictured item, please contact us at retail@rarerabbit.com, and we will resolve the issue. Limited styles are available during the promotion period or until sold out. Due to high demand, some items may oversell. If this occurs, Customer Service will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund. All items returned in line with our returns policy will be refunded at the transaction cost.

Is absolutely everything on sale?
About 95% of what we have online is included. Yes, most Sale items have a double discount, If something in the Sale section has been marked at 50% down it will then have an further 20% reduction addition.

Is there a Black Friday discount code?
No, this sale is super simple! Your discount will automatically apply in your cart.
Can I use another discount as well?
Unfortunately not. So yes please, do sign up to receive our newsletters in the future but save the first time 10% off code for another time. Discount codes cannot be added on top of the Black Friday sale. Save any discount codes for use at another time.
What if I bought something recently? Can I get a refund and buy the product again on sale?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate this request. We appreciate your understanding.

Why can’t I see my free pair of earrings in my cart?
We will add them to your order at the time of packing, don't worry we won't forget you!
How long does shipping take?
Express Shipping: We aim to dispatch within 3-7 business days.
Standard Shipping: We aim to dispatch within 4-12 business days.
Due to high sales volume, there may be delays. Please be patient, and we’ll do our best for you. Shipping times will also vary depending on your location.
Why did you re-start the sale? We have been overwhelmed with sales - thank you so much. Our team has been going 'hammer & tong' since we started. We were a little concerned that picking and packing times may creep up but many customers have asked for us to continue the sale - so we've decided to extent it, give you the extra bonuses & hope that you will be patient with the extended picking & packing & shipping times. We will do our very best for you.
Why did my item get refunded?
We are so sorry. Sometimes our inventory does not align when many shopping carts are filled at once, and we oversell an item. In such cases, we will contact you regarding a substitution or a refund. To avoid this, please order early!
Can you gift wrap my items individually?
During the sale period, we cannot gift wrap items individually.
